Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), VG Technology Mühendislik Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“VG Technology”) attaches importance to the protection of your personal data.
This Disclosure Statement has been prepared to inform data subjects about the processing of personal data obtained by VG Technology through its website and electronic communication channels.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

4. Method and Legal Basis for the Collection of Personal Data

Depending on the relevant processing activity, your personal data may be processed on the basis of the legal grounds set forth in Article 5 of KVKK, including where processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations, is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, or is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that such processing does not prejudice the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Where explicit consent is required for a particular personal data processing activity, the explicit consent of the data subject will be obtained separately.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Where necessary for the purposes specified above and for the fulfillment of legal obligations, and subject to the conditions stipulated under applicable legislation, your personal data may be transferred, only to the extent necessary, to authorized public institutions and organizations, legal and financial advisors, and suppliers and service providers engaged for the conduct of our business activities.
The data security and transfer requirements stipulated under KVKK and applicable legislation are taken into consideration when transferring personal data.
6. Retention and Security of Personal Data
Personal data is retained for the period necessary for the purposes for which it is processed and for any retention periods prescribed by applicable legislation.
Where the purpose requiring the processing of personal data no longer exists and there is no other legal basis requiring its retention, personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with applicable legislation.
VG Technology takes appropriate technical and administrative measures to prevent the unlawful processing of and unauthorized access to personal data and to ensure that personal data is securely retained.
7. Your Rights Under KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:
Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
Request information if your personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, whether in Türkiye or abroad,
Request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
Request the deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions stipulated by law,
Request that rectification, deletion or destruction operations be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
Object to any result arising against you as a result of the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Claim compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.
